The Super strain (SUPERS) are designated by their potency, testing up to 15% higher in alkaloid content when compared to the REGULARS strain. If it's marked “Reg.” it's a REGULAR Strain — not a “SUPER” Strain.

If someone burns the same strain over and over, it will lose its magic. One solution for stagnant strain syndrome (a solution to high tolerance) is to blend as many high quality incense strains as possible. If it's not working for you, stop burning incense for a minimum of 3 weeks.

Note: Kratom is a natural, organic product. Colour and alkaloid levels can vary season to season due to climate, soil quality, and tree age. All products are sold “Not For Human Consumption”.

Kratom is a naturally occurring botanical product and not a synthetically manufactured pharmaceutical substance. As with many agricultural and herbal materials, variations in color, texture, alkaloid composition, aroma, and overall potency may occur between harvests due to naturally occurring environmental and cultivation factors, including but not limited to seasonal climate conditions, rainfall levels, soil composition, geographic region, drying methods, maturity of the trees, and harvesting practices.

For example, a batch may visually appear to possess a “red” coloration while still being classified within a “white” variety profile based on its alkaloid characteristics and overall botanical properties. Such variations may occur during unusually dry growing seasons, which can naturally influence alkaloid concentrations and produce more pronounced stimulating or energizing characteristics within the harvested material.

Once your order is placed, we receive and review it promptly. Payment is confirmed before any processing begins, and you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is being processed. After your order is completed, we will send a final email confirming that it is ready and being scheduled for delivery or shipping, including a tracking number if applicable.

As long as your order hasn't been processed, we can cancel it and offer you a credit. There are no monetary refunds — product credit only.

We ship across Canada including: Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, BC, New Brunswick, Labrador, Newfoundland, P.E.I., Nova Scotia, N.W.T., Nunavut, Yukon & Manitoba. We offer shipping options that deliver your package almost anywhere in Canada from 1–7 business days.

As long as your order is placed before our cut-off time of 12:00 PM CST, it will be processed that day and sent to Canada Post. Canadian Same-Day shipping does not mean you will receive your order the same day it was placed or shipped.

Simply put — it is high risk. Regular Canada Post has no tracking number. If the package is lost or delayed in shipping, we are not liable and will not replace the product.

We are not comfortable shipping products without a tracking number. Yes it costs more, but hindsight is 20/20.

Tracking is included in your shipment confirmation email, sent shortly after your order is shipped. This email provides the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please note that tracking updates can be delayed. We cannot assist while your package is in transit unless it is past the Guaranteed Delivery Date or tracking says “Verify Recipient's Address” - in which case please contact us.

Sometimes shipping service can be delayed. Please allow 1–3 additional business days to pass after the Delivery Standard Date before contacting us. At that point, we will follow up to help locate your package.

If you catch an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to make the correction as long as your order has not shipped. If it was shipped with an incorrect address, it may be automatically returned to us. Watch for a “Verify Recipient's Address” notification on your tracking and consider contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you do not receive a payment confirmation email from us, please check the e-transfer confirmation email from your financial institution as proof that your payment was received. Our email may also have been directed to your spam or junk folder. If you're unable to locate both emails, please contact us.

Any product that is unopened / untampered with may be returned to us for store credit of equal value within 14 days from the ship date.

Indokratom.ca will issue a credit for the incorrect item, or resend the replacement item along with the new order placed. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs due to order errors.
