IndoKratom.ca maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding misuse of its products or services. Should IndoKratom.ca determine, at its sole discretion, that a purchaser is under the legal age of majority, all pending orders shall be cancelled, any received funds refunded where applicable, and the individual permanently restricted from future purchases.

The purchaser further acknowledges and affirms that they are of sound mind, in good health, and fully capable of understanding the nature, scope, and legal effect of these Terms and Conditions. IndoKratom.ca reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to request valid government-issued identification, proof of age, written declarations, or additional documentation regarding the intended lawful end use of any product prior to approving an account, processing payment, or fulfilling an order. Purchasers are encouraged to voluntarily provide accurate declarations regarding intended use in order to minimize delays in account verification and order processing. Pursuant to applicable laws, regulations, and due diligence obligations governing the sale and distribution of bulk botanical materials and herbal specimens, any suspected or actual violation of these Terms and Conditions, or of any applicable Natural Health Products legislation, consumer protection laws, customs regulations, or related governmental acts, may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, refusal of service, and/or reporting to the appropriate authorities, without obligation to provide further explanation.

All products, materials, information, descriptions, and goods offered through IndoKratom.ca are sold strictly for lawful non-consumptive purposes only, including but not limited to herbarium specimens, botanical collection, educational analysis, scientific research, incense making, candle making, soap making, ornamental display, and other legitimate industrial or artistic applications. All products are sold strictly "AS IS" as raw bulk botanical materials or ingredients and are provided without warranties, guarantees, instructions for use, medical claims, representations, or recommendations of any kind, whether express or implied. None of the products sold or referenced by IndoKratom.ca are intended for human consumption, ingestion, inhalation, medical use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease, illness, or medical condition. Purchasers expressly acknowledge and agree that any use inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited and undertaken solely at their own risk.

THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY IndoKratom.ca ARE NOT APPROVED, INTENDED, OR REPRESENTED FOR INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL HUMAN USE, CONSUMPTION, APPLICATION, INGESTION, INHALATION, OR FOR THE DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, MITIGATION, PREVENTION, OR CURE OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITION, DISEASE, OR AILMENT.

Any information provided by IndoKratom.ca, whether through this website, customer correspondence, social media, marketing materials, or communications involving its owners, officers, affiliates, associates, representatives, or employees, shall not be interpreted, construed, or relied upon as endorsing, authorizing, recommending, encouraging, or permitting the internal or external use of any products sold herein. The resale, redistribution, repackaging, marketing, promotion, or transfer of any product purchased from IndoKratom.ca for purposes relating to human consumption, therapeutic application, medicinal use, or any prohibited use whatsoever is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN. Any actual or suspected violation of this condition shall constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, account termination, cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, and any additional action deemed necessary at the sole discretion of IndoKratom.ca. Such conduct may also constitute a violation of applicable federal, provincial, municipal, customs, consumer protection, food, drug, or health-related legislation within the purchaser's jurisdiction. IndoKratom.ca expressly reserves the unrestricted right to refuse service, cancel accounts, and terminate transactions where misuse is suspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndoKratom.ca, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable or responsible to any purchaser or third party for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, redistribution, resale, interpretation, reliance upon, or non-use of any products, materials, or information provided through this website. This limitation of liability includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or economic damages, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.

Any product purchased from IndoKratom.ca that remains unopened, unused, untampered with, and in its original condition may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of the original shipment date, subject to approval by IndoKratom.ca. Returned items must be received in fully resalable condition, free from damage, alteration, contamination, or evidence of use. IndoKratom.ca reserves the sole and absolute right to inspect and determine the eligibility of all returned merchandise.

Approved returns shall be issued strictly in the form of store credit equal to the original purchase value of the returned product, excluding any shipping, handling, processing, or related fees unless otherwise required by applicable law. Under no circumstances shall monetary refunds, cash reimbursements, charge reversals, or payment reversals be provided.

The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all return shipping costs, duties, insurance, customs fees, and associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. IndoKratom.ca shall not be liable for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or refused return shipments.

All content contained on or made available through IndoKratom.ca, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, software, code, data compilations, page layouts, designs, and other materials (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of IndoKratom.ca and/or its licensors, content providers, affiliates, or suppliers, and is protected by applicable Canadian, North American, and international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and proprietary rights laws. IndoKratom.ca further reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, deny access to services, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and pursue any legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law in connection with any actual or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
